- 2 green apples
- 1 large cucumber
- 5 celery stalks
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch kale
- 1-inch ginger root
Wash all of your fruit and veggies well before juicing. Juice in order according to your juicer directions.
Drink immediately to get the most nutrients from the juice, but can be enjoyed for up to 24 hours after juiing. This recipe makes 2 large servings.
*Tip: tightly roll the kale leaves up in a tight bunch and juice between 2 apple slices to get the most juice from the kale.
