Chocolate Love Cookie Cake

Continuing on with the Valentines themed treats, today I present to you a simple yet adorable recipe for dessert bars using prepackaged cookie dough and some red and pink m&m's. Some men may shy away from things pink in color, but remember ladies, real men wear pink!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 roll of pre-packaged chocolate chip cookie dough ( I used Nestle)
• 1 cup red and pink m&m's
• Feel free to add 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, peanut butter chips, or peanuts if you would like!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Spray heart pan, or a 9x9 dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl mix together the cookie dough, m&m's and any other add-ins you may have. Place batter in dish and press down until evenly distributed.

Cook for 22-25 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely before removing and cutting. (makes 9 large squares, or 16 smaller squares if you use a 9x9 baking dish)
