We all know by now that Avocado Toast has been all of the rage. I see them on instagram, pinterest, and food blogs galore. But now it's spring, and there are so many other fruits that are perfectly ripe just asking to be devoured! Take this toast, topped with creamy goat cheese, sweet mango, and topped with just a hint of red pepper and a drizzle of honey. Perfect for a sweet and spicy treat on a warm afternoon.
Mango Goat Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 thick slice multi-grain bread
- 1 tbsp. goat cheese
- 2 tbsp. cubed mango
- sprinkle of red pepper flakes
- honey or agave nectar for drizzling
Lightly toast your bread in the toaster or toaster oven. Using a butter knife, lightly spread the goat cheese on the toast. Top with mango, red pepper flakes, and drizzle with honey or agave nectar.
Eat.
