Pulled Pork Topped Mac & Cheese

This recipe is the ultimate so-bad-for-you-it's-good meal. You start with homemade cheesy mac and cheese. So it's already a winner in my mind. Then you top it with some perfectly fall apart pulled pork that is just bursting with rich flavor. Then, as if things couldn't get better, you add some crunchy onion straws (Sprout's makes my all-time fave ones)! The pork is leftover from my Sweet Pulled Pork recipe and I am impartial to my homemade mac and cheese recipe, but this is really just throwing all of your favorites into one trashy yet delicious bowl. 

Pulled Pork Topped Mac & Cheese
Serves 4

Place macaroni into 4 shallow bowls. Top each bowl with a nice sized serving of the pulled pork, and then garnish with some onion straws and green onions.
