Hot Dog Review: Crudo

Located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix on the corner of 36th Street and Indian School, tucked away, is this hidden, yet popular gem. Crudo means "raw" in Italian, which they specialize in. Imagine thinly sliced albacore tuna, paired with black garlic and truffle oil. Crudo adds a fancy Italian flair to sashimi. It's dimly lit, which makes it ultra romantic, however, it's set up almost like a home, with a larger dining room to host a dinner party, and the bar is tucked to the side with smaller two tops, complete with swingback chairs, and plush couches. Their mixologist Micah tops the night off with specialty made cocktails, both featured on the list, and on a whim. Crudo is too good to pass up.
