Shrimp Bowl
Ingredients:
- 10 thawed shrimps, tails peeled off
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1/3 cup shelled edamame
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sriracha
- salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, heat up the soy sauce and sriracha. Add the shrimp and cook for a minute or two on each side, until pink and cooked through. Add in the beans, corn, and edamame. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy while warm!
