Peanut Butter Yogurt Pie

I may have gone slightly overboard while hosting our weekly happy hour at my house this week. I made two entree items and followed up with this dessert. But how can you host a dinner and not have a treat to end the night? This dessert has literally 3 ingredients and takes 10 minutes to assemble, but tastes like a slice of pure heaven. There's zero bake time, plus it's made with greek yogurt instead of heavy cream, so when you go to slice yourself a 2nd piece you won't feel so guilty.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Pie

Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. container of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 prepared Oreo crust
  • (optional) chopped peanut butter cups for garnish
In a stand mixer or large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and the peanut butter until smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth over the top. Place in the fridge to thicken and set overnight. Top with chopped peanut butter cups and serve cold.
