Okay, let's get serious for a minute. When you are home and get the urge for cookies, you pull out all the necessary ingredients; sugar, butter, chocolate chips, vanilla, eggs, and flour. As you move through each step, the aroma of cookied ough fills the kitchen, and you are fighting every fiber of your being to not eat it spoon ful after spoon full as you watch the little heavenly cookies drop to the cookie sheet and into the oven. Well, what if I told you that you could eat ALL the cookie dough your heart desired in a dip form? Without the eggs and flour, this is safe to eat spoonful after spoonful, and it extra delicious when served with nilla wafer cookies and graham crackers.
Cookie Dough Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits (added for extra depth)
Cream the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients until well combined. Serve.
