Sriracha Battered Shrimp

For the devil in you. If you like a little kick, a little heat, or even just want to switch it up for your taste buds, this spicy little dish will give you just the kick in the pants, or taste buds, that you were looking for.

Sriracha Battered Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. Sriracha
3 cloves garlic
1 lb. shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon zest
2 tbsp. minced fresh mint
2 tbsp. minced fresh basil

Whip butter and Sriracha and melt in skillet. Saute minced garlic in it and toss in shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are done and turn pink. Add lemon zest, mint, and basil. Let wilt. Serve.

This is easy to eat as a simple snack before dinner, or turn it into a main course by serving it over fried rice with tons of sauteed veggies.
