Mickey Mouse Cupcakes

In honor of one of my best friend's birthdays last week I made her what I thoguht was the perfect 25th birthday treat, Mickey Mouse cupcakes. Since I met her in 2nd grade she has been obsessed with the Disney gang. We try to make weekend summer getaways to Disneyland annually, letting us feel like the kids we were when we met at age 7. I hope these made her sing "Zippity Doo Da" with every funfetti-mouse-eared bite.

Mickey Mouse Cupcakes


Ingredients:

• 1 box Funfetti cake mix
• 1 container of vanilla frosting
• 1 package of original Oreos
• 1 container of mini-Oreos

Cook Funfetti cake miz according to package directions to make 24 cupcakes. Let cool completely. Frost each cupcake with a tablespoon of frosting.

Place one large Oreo at the bottom center of the frosting. Then place 2 mini-Oreos above the large Oreo to create ears. Serve!
