These cookies were originally supposed to be red to go with the holiday season, but as I ran out of food coloring (after a whole bottle), the closest thing I got to red was neon pink. But hey, I'm a girl, and I LOVE pink, so they were extra fun! The little flecks of green and brown are the added flavor of mint and chocolate chips. Perfect for a girly party or for your favorite little one!
Pretty in Pink Cookies
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine softened butter and food coloring in bowl, mix well until turnes consistently bright pink.
Add packaged cookie mix and egg. Mix until combined.
Fold in bag of mint and chocolate chips.
Spoon onto cookie sheet, and cook 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 container of red gel food coloring
- 1 egg
- 1 bag of dark chocolate/mint chip morsels
