Hot Dog Review: Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Stop. Everyone just stop what you are doing and get to the nearest Snooze you can. My good friends have been eating at a Snooze location in Colorado for some time now, bragging each and every time about it deliciousness, and sometimes will even drive 40 minutes out of their way to go get it. When they heard that Snooze would be making an appearance here in Phoenix, I knew something really special was about to happen. This family friendly eatery is located in the Town & Country center near 20th St. & Camelback, which is nestled in perfectly, with ample amounts of parking, a wraparound patio, and even a large coffee bar that overlooks the front of the restaurant. All of the booths are color coordinated with vintage pastels and their signature logo that looks like half jack/half snowflake (or maybe Christmas is just taking over my thought process) on everything from the chairs, to the water glasses, and even the coat racks are shaped like it. Serving breakfast and lunch, their recipes are so creative, which are made with the best ingredients around, and even better yet, you don’t have to break to bank to dine there. Their staff are extra friendly, and you can tell that they all enjoy what they do, as you see them going the extra mile for every table, not just their own. Snooze has a full service bar if you want to get a little boozy with your breakfast, as well as their exclusive house blend coffee, which is flown in from Guatemala every week. But most importantly, let’s talk food. So far I have only eaten here once. Key word is so far. I have big plans to be a regular here. But the one time I ate here, I was lucky enough to try 4 dishes (thanks to my sharing-is-caring friends), all of them delicious in their own way. Snooze has 9 locations spreading out between Colorado, San Diego, and Phoenix. So stop in to your local Snooze eatery sooner than later!
