This year I attended my second Halloween dinner hosted by my best friend, and year did not disappoint. Complete with "bleeding" candles, a fog machine, spooky music, and strobe lights, everyone brought a dish to share, and my contribution was this candy corn shaped cheese platter. I know Halloween is technically over, but if you have a lingering party this weekend, feel free to make this easy platter. Fun for everyone!
Candy Corn Cheese Platter
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. goat cheese
- 8 oz. medium cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. Havarti cheese, sliced
On a large platter, shape the goat cheese into a rounded triangle. Place towards the top of the platter.
Cut the cheddar into 1/2-inch cubes and arrange underneath of the goat cheese triangle.
Lastly, place the slice Havarti in a row or two at the bottom of the platter. Serve with crackers.
