Lemon Garlic Marinade

I used this great marinade on a pound of  chicken breasts overnight in a ziplock bag, to be used on the grill and served upon my homemade Fettucine Alfredo noodles. Don't have the time to marinate overnight? That's fine! Four hours will do just the trick to get your chicken nice and flavorful!

Lemon Garlic Marinade


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • salt & pepper
Sprinkle 3 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large freezer ziplock bag, add in all of the ingredients and then add the chicken. Mix well and place in the fridge. Marinate for 4 hours or up to overnight. Turn bag over half way through marinating.

Cook in the oven or on the grill.
