Mini S'mores

Ever crave a hot, melty, chocolately s'more, but don't live anywhere near a camp fire? This will solve both of the above problems. The graham cracker "pie crust shell", mixed with the chocolate and marshmallow filling are easy to malke and don't require venturing out into the woods to bear the cold, or worse...bears!

Mini S'mores

  • 1 cup smashed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 chocolate bars (1.55 oz. each)
  • Bag of large marshmallows

Combine graham crackers and butter in bowl until mixed. Scoop 1 tbsp of mixture into each mini muffin tin cup. Press down lightly. Cook in oven at 350 degrees F for 7 minutes, until lightly browned.

Break 2 chocolate bars down into individual pieces. Place one chocolate piece in each graham cracker crust bowl. Place back in oven until chocolate just starts to melt; 1 to 2 minutes.

Cut 12 marshmallows in half, then place 1/2 marshmallow in each chocolatey graham cup. Bake or another 1 to 2 minutes to roast the mallow. Let cool at room temperature.

While cooling, melt remaining chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Dip each marshallow topped s'more into chocolate. Let sit for 60 minutes, then serve!

Beware, these will go fast!!
