Jello Shots

This past weekend my fellow sorority sister and I hosted our 2nd annual Kappa Delta reunion tailgate for homecoming weekend at ASU. To celebrate I made 5 batches of jello shots in individual containers for everyone to enjoy. They were such a hit last year, that we just had to have them again. These are so simple to make, and a great way to mix up the party scene (just don't let any kiddies grab one). It was fun to make up different flavor combinations, like cucumber vodka and peach jello, or pineapple vodka and mango jello. Bring these to your next party, and the little babies are sure to be a scene stealer!

Jello Shots

Ingredients:
Makes about 20 jello shots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package jello gelatin packet
  • 1 cup cold vodka
  • to-go condiment containers (I bought these at Walmart in the ziplock bag section)
Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the jello. Mix until gelatin is completely dissolved. Once dissolved, add cup of chilled vodka. Pour into serving cups, about half full. Chill in the fridge until set (this make take several hours). Serve cold.

Shout out to my amazing sisters. It was great getting to catch up with these beautiful ladies!
