Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

SURPRISE!!! There's nothing like throwing a surprise party for your roommate and pulling it off. This was the case for me this past weekend. With the help of our third roommate and the birthday girl's boyfriend, we were able to get her out of the house, decorate, cook, and gather a group of amazing friends to share this special night together! And what party would be complete without some amazing food to much on. I made some of the birthday girl's favorites including fruit pizza sugar cookies, and chile con queso dip, but these bacon bites were something new for me to try on a group of friends. They are simple to make and I served with an array of dipping sauces, because we all know people love options!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 10 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
  • 30 toothpicks
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Slice the chicken breasts in half and then cut into 1 1/2 inch bite sized pieces. Wrap each chicken bite with bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place on a baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes, until golden brown.

I served these with homemade BBQ Sauce, honey mustard, and ranch dressing.
